He’s right, isn’t he? That is why I say: tie your shoes, pack your water bottle, grab your backpack, and off we go! You can hike in all seasons. No matter whether it’s a long or a short tour, whether you want to climb as high as possible or want to take it slow: hiking is a tried and tested method of turning any day into a successful day in the mountains. You can go at it alone, with friends, with your family, or as part of a company event.
And apart from all that, hiking is just plain healthy: A whole series of scientific studies prove that hiking is good for your body, your mind, and your soul. Just try it!
I will accompany you to the Dolomites, to Puster Valley, to Beluno, to Vinschgau, Eisack Valley, Trentino, and even to places outside of South Tyrol.
